Çok kısa kendimden bahsedeyim.
İstanbul'da doğup büyüdüm. İstanbul Üniversitesi'nde İşletme okudum.
Evlendikten sonra İtalya'nın küçük bir kasabasına yerleştim.
İlk bloğum Thermomix Tarif Defterim'i 2009 senesinde oluşturdum.
İkincisi Klasik Tarif Defterim ise henüz çok yeni.
Film izlemek, kitap okumak, yeni yerler görmek, yeni lezzetler tatmak en büyük tutkularım ve ne mutlu bana ki tüm tutkularımı paylaşabildiğim bir ruh eşim var.
İnternette surf yapmadan gün geçirmeyen, akla gelebilecek herşeyi Google üzerinden arayan araştıran tam bir internet bağımlısıyım. Laptopumu ve iPadimi seviyorum.
Yeni yeni bahçe işlerini öğrenmeye ve küçük bahçemizde domates, biber, salatalık vb türlü sebze ve çilek yetiştirmeye başladım. O da ayrı bir tutkuya dönüşecek gibi.
Fotoğraf çekmeyi seviyorum. Okuyarak ve bol bol fotoğraf çekerek bu yanımı geliştirmeye çalışıyorum.
Klasik Tarif Defterim Hakkında
İlk bloğumun çıkış noktası internet üzerinde hiç Türkçe Thermomix tarifi olmaması olmuştu. (Bilmeyenler için hemen kısaca not düşeyim, Thermomix henüz Türkiye pazarına girmemiş ama girmek üzere çalışmaları olan, Alman şirketi Vorwek'in ürettiği, pek çok ülkede oldukça popüler, multi fonksiyonel bir mutfak robotu).
Zaman içerisinde Thermomix haricinde geleneksel yöntemlerle yaptığım ve ilk bloğumda yer veremediğim başka tarifler de birikti elimde. Her ne kadar onları da paylaşmak istesem de bloğun bütünlüğünü bozmamak adına Thermomix Tarif Defterim'de yer vermemeyi tercih ettim
Aslına bakarsanız bu bloğu hazırlamamda beni tetikleyen bir diğer şey de şu ki son birkaç yıldır internet üzerinden tarif okumak gündelik hayatımın vazgeçilmez bir parçası oldu. Yemek yaparken kendi tariflerimi dahi blog üzerinden okuyorum, böylece kendi notlarımı da görmüş oluyorum. Bu yönteme öyle alıştım ki, elimdeki klasik tarif defteri bana yetmez oldu ve geleneksel tariflerimi de ayrı bir blogda toplamaya karar verdim.

Who am I?
Hello everyone
Let me tell you about myself in short.
I was born and raised in Istanbul. I graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in Business Administration.
After getting married I moved to a small town in Italy.
I created my first blog Thermomix Tarif Defterim in 2009.
Klasik Tarif Defterim is my brand new second blog.
Besides my blogs, I am passionate about watching movies, reading books, visiting new places, experiencing new foods, flavours and lucky me I have a soulmate with whom I can share all that life can offer.
I am totally an hopeless internet addict who searches and looks for anything that possibly can come into one's mind on Google. I love my laptop and iPad.
I've quite recently started learning about gardening and growing strawberries and some vegetables such as tomatoes, pepper in our tiny piece of garden. It seems like it is going to become another passion of mine.
I enjoy taking photos and try to improve my skills by reading and taking many pictures.
About Klasik Tarif Defterim
It literally means "My Classical Recipe Book" which I think pairs well with the name of my first blog ("My Thermomix Recipe Book").
The reason for me to join amongst bloggers for the first time was simply the fact that there weren't any Turkish Thermomix recipes anywhere around web. (Let me make a short note here for those who didn't hear about Thermomix yet. It is a marvelous multi functional kitchen appliance made by German Vorwerk and it is very popular in many countries)
As time went by I had also many traditional recipes piled up. Even though I wanted to share them too I didn't publish them on Thermomix Tarif Defterim not to impair the blog's integrity.
In addition to that, reading recipes on internet has become a part of my daily life. I read even my own recipes on internet through my blog while cooking them, so that I can see all: ingredients, steps, pictures and notes. I got so addicted that my ordinary recipe book was just not enough anymore. And so I decided to have a second blog with traditional recipes.

Ciao a tutti
Vorrei raccontarvi un po’ di me.
Sono nata e cresciuta a Istanbul.
Mi sono laureata all’università di Istanbul in Economia e gestione aziendale.
Dopo essermi sposata mi sono trasferita in un piccolo paese in Italia.
Al momento posseggo due blog. Ho creato il mio primo blog Thermomix Tarif Defterim nel 2009.
Il secondo, Klasik Tarif Defterim invece è nuovissimo.
Oltre ai miei blog, sono appassionata di film, libri, visitare nuovi luoghi, provare nuovi cibi e sapori e per fortuna la mia anima gemella condivide con me queste passioni che la vita ci offre.
Sono una internet dipendente senza speranza. Cerco qualsiasi cosa mi possa venire in mente su Google. Amo il mio portatile e il mio iPad.
Ho imparato recentemente un po’ di giardinaggio e come coltivare fragole, verdure come pomodori, cetrioli e peperoni nel nostro piccolo orto condominiale. Penso che diventerà un’altra delle mie passioni.
Mi piace anche la fotografia e sto cercando di migliorare le mie capacità, leggendo e facendo tante foto.
Riguardo Klasik Tarif Defterim
Letteralmente significa “Il mio libro di ricette classiche”, penso che si sposa bene con il nome del mio primo blog ("Il mio libro di ricette per il Bimby").
Il motivo per cui ho iniziato il mio primo blog era semplicemente perché non c’erano ricette in turco per il Bimby da nessuna parte sulla rete. Più tardi ho aggiunto anche la traduzione in inglese e italiano. (Vorrei aprire una parentesi per chi non ha mai sentito parlare del Bimby. E’ un eccezionale robot da cucina multifunzione famoso in molti paesi, prodotto dalla ditta tedesca Vorwerk).
Con il passare del tempo ho raccolto alcune ricette tradizionali. Anche se volevo condividerle non le ho mai pubblicate su Thermomix Tarif Defterim per non compromettere l’integrità del blog.
In effetti c’è un’altra ragione che mi ha portato a creare un secondo blog. Sono abituata a leggere le ricette su internet con il mio iPad. Leggo anche le mie ricette del mio blog quando cucino, così posso vedere gli ingredienti, i passi, le foto e le annotazioni. Sono diventata così dipendente che non uso più i libri base. Così ho deciso di avere un secondo blog per le ricette tradizionali.

ReplyDeleteElifecim, çok teşekkür ederim yorumların için. Anlatım dilini beğenmene çok sevindim. Mümkün olduğunca sade ve yalın bir dille anlatmaya çalışıyorum. Biraz da ilk bloğumun verdiği bir alışkanlık bu sanırım.
DeleteTakip etmeye devam et, çünkü yakında Stefano'nun annesinin ödüllü tariflerini de yayınlamak istiyorum. Malum Lucia geleneksel yöntemlerle yemek yapıyor. Bugün ilkini beraber yapacağız hatta. Çok yemişliğim var ama yapmışlığım yok, hazırlayan olunca insan gerek duymuyor :)
Bu bloğu açmam çok iyi oldu, böylece Lucia'nın tarifleri de tarihin sayfalarına kaydolmuş olacak;)
