PER ITALIANO
A few days ago we fried some mushrooms. Today instead we are frying some veal slices.
Ingredients:
Veal slices (very thinly sliced)
Salt
Egg
Breadcrumbs
Sunflower oil
Preparation:
- Salt the veal slices. (If they are too large to fry cut them in half)
- Dip in beaten eggs.
- And then cover with breadcrumbs.
- With scissors make small cuts on the edges of the slices to prevent them from curling as they fry.
- Fry them in preheated oil.
- Drain excess oil in a strainer.
- Put them in a tray previously covered with paper towel.
Enjoy.
